1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please refer to the following guidelines:
Cancellation Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled without any penalties before they are processed and shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at vitablend2024@gmail.com with your order number.
If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item once it arrives (see our Return Policy below for more details).
Rejected Delivery:
If you refuse the delivery of your package, it will be treated as a return, and a refund will be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.
2. Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, or hygiene-related products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 days Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at vitablend2024@gmail.com with the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or defective product.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable software products.
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Items that have been used or altered.
Products with signs of tampering.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
